Janet Smith has been with Community First Credit Union since 2000. She has an extensive background in consumer credit and mortgage lending. When asked about her role, Janet said, "I have the privilege of helping our members achieve their dream of homeownership.
The home buying process is very complex and causes a lot of anxiety. Within my role I can minimize the anxiety, challenges and remove obstacles that arise throughout the process resulting in a great experience." She was born and raised in Jacksonville. In her spare time, she enjoys event/party planning, shopping, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. When asked who her favorite superhero is, Janet said, "My favorite super-she-ro is Wonder Woman. I would love the power to fight for those who cannot fight for themselves, prevent those with little power from being taking advantage of, and even the playing field."
