Home Loan Options:
-
Fixed Rate Mortgages**: These mortgages are the simplest. Your loan payment will not change over the life of your loan because your interest rate cannot change. These are among the most popular loans for those reasons (Total payment may change due to escrow adjustments).
-
Adjustable Rate Mortgages(ARMs)***: offer a lower starting interest rate and therefore, a lower monthly payment. Your rate and your payment may change, though, as time goes on.
-
Investment Property Mortgages: Good for those interested in buying homes for income generating purposes.
-
Vacation Home Mortgages: Good for those interested in purchasing a home to occupy for a portion of the year.
