Steve Swenson has been with Community First Credit Union since 2013, but has been a Home Mortgage Advisor since 2002. Steve has an extensive background, both in his education and work experience. Steve was born in Jacksonville but grew up in Chicago.
He has a bachelor's degree in economics and criminal justice, and a master's degree in biblical studies. Three fun facts about Steve: He used to be a D.J. He once owned his own pizzeria in Illinois. He has also delivered pizzas at Christmastime in a Santa suit. When asked about his role, Steve said, "I try to help members meet their financial and personal goals by getting them the best rate with the least amount of costs." When asked who his favorite superhero is and why, he said, "I would have to say Superman. The only thing that could destroy him was Kryptonite. That was his one weakness and we all have strengths and weaknesses."
