For members formerly enrolled in the uChoose® Rewards program, your points have been transferred to the new CURewards® site! To access your points, simply register each of your qualifying debit or credit cards on the CURewards® site. During this transition, you have continued to earn points from using your qualifying cards as usual.

Follow these easy steps to register your qualifying debit or credit cards on the CURewards® site and access your rewards points:

  • Click on the link below and select Register
  • Follow the prompts and input the information asked
  • Upon completion you’ll be able to log into the site, check rewards balances, and redeem your points as usual
  • You will need register each of your qualifying debit or credit cards

Note that you may see points have been separated between those earned on your credit card and debit card. As you register each qualifying card you can check the point balance on each that was transferred.

Now Available - New CURewards® Program

The new CURewards® Program is now available! You can now register your eligible debit and credit cards to start earning valuable rewards points. Points can be redeemed for millions of items.

CURewards Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

As a member, how do I get access
to my uChoose Rewards points?
Your uChoose® Rewards points were automatically transferred to the CURewards® program website. In order to access your points, you’ll simply need to register each of your qualifying debit and credit cards on the CURewards® website.
If I was not enrolled in uChoose®, will I automatically be enrolled in the new program? No, you will need to register your qualifying debit and credit cards to start earning points.
Will cardholders earn points for purchases
even if the card is not registered?

How do I register in CURewards®?
  1. Go to https://my-curewards.com/yourrewards/
  2. Follow the prompts and input your information
  3. Upon completion you’ll be able to log into the site, check, and redeem your points as usual
  4. You will need register for each qualifying debit or credit card that was registered in uChoose® Rewards. Click on Create a New Account and you will be presented with the registration page.
  5. Note that the email address, social security number and zip code must match what is on file at the Credit Union. If registration is completed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email to allow you to login for the first time.
How do I link my points from multiple accounts? As you register each qualifying card you can check the point balance on each that was transferred. Accounts cannot be linked.
What if I have one account with multiple cards, how were the points converted? Points were converted by card. Under the same Membership, the card with the most recent activity will reflect the points that were converted. Converted Credit Card points will reflect separately once the credit card has been registered.
What if I have a joint account or
multiple checking accounts with multiple Debit card numbers?
Each card will need to be registered separately. ex. Debit cards would have individual card numbers, which would have a separate balance of points. (Does not include SUREBALANCE).

I did not have an email address on my account when the transfer occurred, will I be able to register?

You will have to contact the credit union to assist with the registration process. You can call 904.354.8537 to contact Community First.
How long does it take for points to post on the rewards site? Once a transaction posts to the account (typically 1-3 days after authorization), the points will reflect on the rewards site.
How do I redeem points? Please contact the Rewards Redemption Center at 866.597.1575, 7 days a week, 8:00 a.m. to Midnight EST, (5:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. PT) excluding holidays.(listed on statement) Or go to the website once you have registered your qualifying cards.
How do I contact the rewards provider if I have questions? Call the number on the back of the card. Or call the credit union at 904.354.8537.

What happens to points that are not used when an account is closed?

The points are forfeited and no longer available to be redeemed.
How do I have items shipped to a specific address? During the redemption checkout process, you will be prompted to review the shipping information, and this will be your opportunity to update the receiving address. Note this does not change the address on file, it only updates for that redemption.
Is there a minimum amount of points to begin redeeming? There is no minimum. The number of points required varies depending on the item selected.
Can I earn rewards points on cash advances? No, cash advances are not eligible to earn points.
