This is a 1st or 2nd mortgage loan for owner-occupied buildings only.

  • Real-estate secured
  • Maximum financing 80% combined LTV
  • Registered contractor or certified installer is required; check payable to company based on purchase order; no cash out
  • Minimum loan amount $25,000; maximum amount based on 80% LTV
  • Fixed rate based on Wall Street Journal Prime, tern and LTV, from Prime minus .25% to Prime + 2.00%
  • Terms 36 to 120 months, depending on dollar amount
