Founded in 1935 as the Duval County Teachers Credit Union, we have been serving our community for more than 89 years. Since then, we've stayed committed to supporting the local community and providing financial solutions for every stage of life. Why do we do it? To empower our employees, members, and communities to live their best lives.
 

Who Can Join Community First?


Community First Credit Union membership is open to anyone who lives, works, or attends school in one of the following Florida counties: Baker, Brevard, Broward, Clay, Duval, Flagler, Indian River, Lake, Martin, Nassau, Orange, Palm Beach, Putnam, Seminole, St. Johns, St. Lucie, or Volusia. Membership is also open to any relative of an existing or eligible Community First Credit Union of Florida member. New members must open a share account with a minimum $5 initial deposit (share account is required for membership).

 

What You’ll Need To Join

$5 initial deposit
to be held in your Community First Share account
Driver’s license
A valid United States driver’s license, permanent resident card or United States passport.
Social security number
U.S. Social Security number or individual tax identification number
Account information
Account information to fund the new account (credit, debit, or a U.S. bank account)
