Teller Solutions Representative - Hodges - Responsible for the tactical initiatives of Community First Credit Union as they relate to building member primary relationships, providing world-class service while achieving individual and branch goals. The Teller's primary responsibility is to build positive relationships with members while offering solutions for their financial needs by processing transactions accurately and efficiently. 

Member Solutions Representative - Westside - a trusted financial advisor to our members by identifying opportunities to foster and expand the member’s relationship with Community First.  Through the interview process identify products and/or services that would benefit the member.  Educates and effectively offers appropriate  products and/or services enhancing the member experience.

Teller/Member Solutions Representative - UNF -  Responsible for the tactical initiatives of Community First Credit Union as they relate to building member primary relationships, providing world-class service while achieving individual and branch goals. The MSR/Teller's primary responsibility is to build positive relationships with members while offering solutions for their financial needs by processing transactions accurately and efficiently. 

Branch Manager - Oakleaf - The Branch Manager position has the overall responsibility for the daily branch operations and supervision of branch staff. The person in this position ensures that the branch adheres to all applicable credit union branch compliance and standard operational processes and procedures.

Mortgages Sales Manager -Responsible for the growth of first and second mortgage production by developing leadership direction, action plans and initiatives that result in staff performance meeting individual and organizational goals.  This position assists Credit Union members with mortgage loan products and proactively solicits mortgage business in home loans.

Teller Peak Time - Responsible for the tactical initiatives of Community First Credit Union as they relate to building member primary relationships, providing world-class service while achieving individual and branch goals. The Teller primary responsibility is to build positive relationships with members while offering solutions for their financial needs by processing transactions accurately and efficiently.  

Member Solutions Representative - St. Augustine Branch - A trusted financial advisor to our members by identifying opportunities to foster and expand the member’s relationship with Community First.  Through the interview process identify products and/or services that would benefit the member.  Educates and effectively offers appropriate  products and/or services enhancing the member experience.

Teller Solutions Representative – Orange Park Branch - Primary responsibility is to build positive relationships with members while offering solutions for their financial needs by processing transactions accurately and efficiently.  A Teller is to provide solutions by identifying opportunities to build and deepen relationships with members and non-members by promoting value added products, services and solutions.

Call Center Member Service Representative -  Responsible for handling member inquiries, transactions, or directs calls to the proper department or personnel. This position maintains current information on Credit Union Services; communicates information to members and cross-sell Credit Union services at expected levels.

Business Lending Officer - Develop and implement calling efforts for business members, focusing on new relationship creation, relationship expansion and external referral sources. Generate leads through branch network and referrals, calling existing contacts and internal partners to develop loans. Participate in local and community activities, and cold calling, if necessary, to generate business.

Teller Solutions Representative - Fleming Island - The Teller's primary responsibility is to build positive relationships with members while offering solutions for their financial needs by processing transactions accurately and efficiently. A Teller is to provide solutions by identifying opportunities to build and deepen relationships with members and non-members by promoting value added products, services and solutions.

What type of employment screening does Community First utilize?

To aid in the process of selecting highly skilled employees, we administer pre-employment basic skills tests of math and English, drug tests, credit bureau reports, interviews, and background verifications.

Should I expect to receive a personal contact when I apply?

Although we would like to contact each job applicant personally, we are unable to because of the high volume of resumes we receive. If you are selected for an interview, a representative from Human Resources will contact you by phone.

How can I check the status of my application or resume?

Employee Development

FSCJ's Credit Union Education Program (CUEP), offered through the Northeast Florida Credit Union Chapter of LSCU, helps Community First pay a portion of tuition, fees and books for employees with three months of employment who are attending credit union courses at Florida State College of Jacksonville. Required courses include: Foundation and Structure of Credit Unions, Human Behavior, Business Mathematics and Fundamentals of Member Services. You can choose from two program opportunities.

Tuition Reimbursement - Community First will reimburse a portion of tuition, fees and books paid by an employee to a regionally accredited, post-secondary educational institution. The employee must be classified as full-time or part-time permanent and must have worked at the credit union for 90 days. The classes are required to be job-related.

Job Related Certifications and Professional Organization Memberships - Community First will pay membership dues or participation fees to professional organizations for executive and management personnel.
