Digital Marketing Strategist- Responsible for managing, developing and coordinating content for Community First’s overall online presence which contributes to the sales and growth of the organization. This includes creating content for, maintaining and managing Community First website. Implement social media strategy to develop brand awareness, manage reputation, generate inbound traffic, cultivate leads and engage the community.

Branch Member Service Representative - Peak Time- To become a trusted financial advisor to our member by providing/offering/promoting information on all types of products/services.  Opens and processes all types of accounts and loans beneficial to the ember while maintaining confidentiality.  Performs a variety of duties in the branch to support daily branch operations.

Branch Member Service Representative – Lem Turner Effectively interviews members and potential members. Asks questions and listens carefully to determine the appropriate products and services to offer. Presents products and services in a positive, professional and knowledgeable manner, so inquiring individuals can make an informed decision.

MSR/Teller Solutions Representative - Baymeadows- The MSR/Teller's primary responsibility is to build positive relationships with members while offering solutions for their financial needs by processing transactions accurately and efficiently.  A MSR/Teller will become a trusted financial advisor to our members by identifying opportunities to foster and expand the member's relationship with Community First.  Through the interview process, identify products and services that would benefit the member.

Teller Solutions Representative (25 hours weekly) - Downtown- The Teller's primary responsibility is to build positive relationships with members while offering solutions for their financial needs by processing transactions accurately and efficiently. A Teller is to provide solutions by identifying opportunities to build and deepen relationships with members and non-members by promoting value added products, services and solutions.

Teller Solutions Representative (25 hours weekly) - Westside- The Teller's primary responsibility is to build positive relationships with members while offering solutions for their financial needs by processing transactions accurately and efficiently. A Teller is to provide solutions by identifying opportunities to build and deepen relationships with members and non-members by promoting value added products, services and solutions.

Assistant Branch Manager - Yulee- Oversee the operational effectiveness and efficiency of the branch. Works closely with the Branch Manager in developing the sales and service skills of the branch staff. The Assistant Branch manager has direct responsibility for Operational and policy/procedural compliance of the branch.

Business Lending Officer- Develop and implement calling efforts for business members, focusing on new relationship creation, relationship expansion and external referral sources. Generate leads through branch network and referrals, calling existing contacts and internal partners to develop loans. Participate in local and community activities, and cold calling, if necessary, to generate business.

Mortgage Loan Originator- Interview and discuss mortgage program and products with prospective mortgage applicants. Ensure member understand eligibility requirements for the product prior to submitting an application. This position contacts all referrals provided from various sources and conducts a conversation with the member/prospect to determine the best loan product and structure to meet the perceived or unperceived needs.

Teller Solutions Representative - Fleming Island- The Teller's primary responsibility is to build positive relationships with members while offering solutions for their financial needs by processing transactions accurately and efficiently. A Teller is to provide solutions by identifying opportunities to build and deepen relationships with members and non-members by promoting value added products, services and solutions.

Assistant Branch Manager - Beach Branch - Oversee the operational effectiveness and efficiency of the branch. Works closely with the Branch Manager in developing the sales and service skills of the branch staff. The Assistant Branch manager has direct responsibility for Operational and policy/procedural compliance of the branch.

Employee Development

Our Career Development Program offers non-exempt employees the opportunity to participate in a customized development program to enhance skills and competencies required in their career path. At completion, the employee will receive a pay increase while either remaining at the same level or advancing one level—based on the needs of the department. These changes occur when an eligible employee completes the appropriate requirements as outlined in an approved Career Development Plan

FSCJ's Credit Union Education Program (CUEP), offered through the Northeast Florida Credit Union Chapter of LSCU, helps Community First pay a portion of tuition, fees and books for employees with three months of employment who are attending credit union courses at Florida State College of Jacksonville. Required courses include: Foundation and Structure of Credit Unions, Human Behavior, Business Mathematics and Fundamentals of Member Services. You can choose from two program opportunities.

Tuition Reimbursement

Community First will reimburse a portion of tuition, fees and books paid by an employee to a regionally accredited, post-secondary educational institution. The employee must be classified as full-time or part-time permanent and must have worked at the credit union for 90 days. The classes are required to be job-related.

Job Related Certifications and Professional Organization Memberships

Community First will pay membership dues or participation fees to professional organizations for executive and management personnel.
