Branch Member Service Representative - Baymeadows and UNF- This position will rotate between the Baymeadows and UNF Branches and serve in the capacity of Teller or MSR. To become a trusted financial advisor to our members by identifying opportunities to foster and expand the member’s relationship with Community First. Through the member interview process, identify products and/or services that would benefit the member. Educates and effectively offers appropriate products and/or services enhancing the member experience.
Call Center MSR- To answer incoming calls to assist members and potential member inquiries, transactions, or directs calls to the proper department or personnel. This position maintains current information on Credit Union Services; communicates information to members and cross-sell Credit Union services at expected levels.
Mortgage Specialist- Interview and discuss mortgage program and products with prospective mortgage applicants. Ensure member understand eligibility requirements for the product prior to submitting an application. This position contacts all referrals provided from various sources and conducts a conversation with the member/prospect to determine the best loan product and structure to meet the perceived or unperceived needs.
Teller Solutions Representative - Fleming Island- The Teller's primary responsibility is to build positive relationships with members while offering solutions for their financial needs by processing transactions accurately and efficiently. A Teller is to provide solutions by identifying opportunities to build and deepen relationships with members and non-members by promoting value added products, services and solutions.
Assistant Branch Manager - Beach Branch - Oversee the operational effectiveness and efficiency of the branch. Works closely with the Branch Manager in developing the sales and service skills of the branch staff. The Assistant Branch manager has direct responsibility for Operational and policy/procedural compliance of the branch.
Senior Teller - Northside - The Senior Teller is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the teller line. The Senior Teller will manage and provide direction to assure accurate and courteous services is provided for members. The Senior Teller is responsible for monitoring, motivating and holding staff accountable for established goals. Other duties include assisting with hiring and training of new employees, coaching and motivating the staff to work as an effective team, completing performance reviews, schedule staff members and ensuring that procedures for operation security, safety and all compliance regulations are being adhered to.
Branch Member Service Representative -Riverside- Effectively interviews members and potential members. Asks questions and listens carefully to determine the appropriate products and services to offer. Presents products and services in a positive, professional and knowledgeable manner, so inquiring individuals can make an informed decision.
Business Lending Administrative Specialist- Administrative support working directly with the Business Services Team by performing a variety of clerical, administrative and sales/service related tasks. Functions include: first point of contact for all inbound and internal business loan referrals through information-gathering discussion and scheduling appointment of appointments with Business Services Representatives. Also serves as primary contact responding to incoming service requests from members.
