Community First is committed to promoting diversity though equal opportunity for all candidates without regard to ethnicity, gender, age, religion, pregnancy, disability, national origin, marital status, sexual orientation, veteran status or other protected status.
What type of employment screening does Community First utilize?
To aid in the process of selecting highly skilled employees, we administer pre-employment basic skills tests of math and English, drug tests, credit bureau reports, interviews, and background verifications.
Should I expect to receive a personal contact when I apply?
Although we would like to contact each job applicant personally, we are unable to because of the high volume of resumes we receive. If you are selected for an interview, a representative from Human Resources will contact you by phone.
How can I check the status of my application or resume?
Once you complete the application, you will receive an email from our system confirming that your application has been submitted. You may receive an email when your application is being reviewed for a position.
