As a responsible community partner, we want to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

  • Therefore, we have decided to transition our branch lobby services to drive-thru only beginning Monday, March 23.
    Drive-thru hours of operation will be Mon. - Thur. 9 am - 5 pm | Fri. 9 am - 6 pm  | Sat. 9 am - 5 pm
  • Branches with no drive-thru (Mandarin, UNF and Riverside) will be completely closed with no services available for the time being.
  • The Yulee branch lobby will remain open on a limited basis. To ensure sufficient social distancing we will limit the number of members to five (5) in the Yulee branch at once. We will reopen our branch lobbies as soon as the situation allows.
  • Due to high call volume, you may experience longer than normal wait times when contacting our member experience center.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

Edit Share Transfers 

This gives you the ability to edit the following fields on future-dated and reoccurring transfers:

  • To or From Account
  • Amount
  • Transfer Date
  • Memo

Bill Pay Enrollment in Mobile 

You can now enroll in Bill Pay using our Mobile Banking app.

Improvements to the Transaction History

We've created easier access to quick features, such as:

  • You have the ability to complete a Quick Transfer from the Transaction History screen
  • Account details are now located on a new Details tab for easier access

  • You have the ability to hide your account from the home screen or from the Personal Financial Management Tool on the Details tab

Nickname account

You can now rename your share from the home screen, which is conveniently located in the Options menu on the account card.

Push Notifications for Security Alerts

If you use our app and agree to receive Push Notifications, you will start receiving push notifications for alerts, such as failed password attempts and profile changes. 

Alerts & Stop Payments

You will see Improved screens to make setting up a new alert or completing a stop payment easier than ever!
