New Online Banking

We’re upgrading to a new Online and Mobile banking platform that will provide one of the best banking experiences you’ve ever had. Get ready to discover the difference on your favorite device this August. In the meantime, make sure you're prepared and ready for the upgrade. Check out our upgrade tips, frequently asked questions and important dates below.

  • Update your email address with us
  • Ensure we have your correct phone number on file
  • Make sure your mailing address is accurate
  • Know what your current Online Banking User ID and password are
  • Set your phone to make automatic app updates
  • Update your internet browser to the latest version. Click here to learn more about updating your browser.

Here's how to make sure your information is correct with us.

  1. Log into Online Banking
  2. Click on the Account Services Tab
  3. Under Account Records, select the User Profile link
  4. Select Change Profile and verify that your address and phone number are correct. Click Update when finished
  5. Select Change Email and verify that your email address is correct

Here are key dates to keep in mind ahead of launch.

  • We’re currently anticipating an early August launch
  • A week prior to launch
    • Most of your alerts will be converted over to the new system, but you will not be able to add or edit alerts a week prior to launch.
    • All of your scheduled transfers will convert to the new platform, but you will not be able to add or edit transfers a week prior to launch.
    • Make sure your contact form is updated with us by July 31st .
  • The day of launch
    • Log into the new system using your current username and password.
    • Business Banking members will have to delete their current app and download a new Community First app at launch. Personal Banking members will not need to take any action if your app is set to automatic updates. You’ll be able to access Business and Personal accounts from the same app.
