Community First offers various programs to assist government employees directly affected by the government shutdown.
- Members with Community First loans will be eligible for a skip-a-pay for their October payment on all consumer loans.
- Members affected by the shutdown may apply for a line of credit or an increase on their existing line of credit and in most cases will receive automatic approval.
- Credit card increase requests will be expedited on existing Community First credit cards.
- Members affected by the government shutdown wishing to redeem a Community First Certificate of Deposit prior to maturity may do so without penalty while shutdown is in effect.
