  • How can I check the status of my application or resume?

    Once you complete the application, you will receive an email from our system confirming that your application has been submitted. You may receive an email when your application is being reviewed for a position.

  • Should I expect to receive a Personal Contact when I apply?

    Although we would like to contact each job applicant personally, we are unable to because of the high volume of resumes we receive. If you are selected for an interview, a representative from Human Resources will contact you by phone.

  • What type of employment screening does Community First utilize?

    To aid in the process of selecting highly skilled employees, we administer pre-employment basic skills tests of math and English, drug tests, credit bureau reports, interviews, and background verifications.

  • What happens if I fail the basics skills test on math and English?

    You will receive an email stating that we are unable to offer you a position due to your test results. However, you may re-apply and be eligible to re-test in 6 months if selected for an interview on another position.

  • Will I be notified when the position is filled?

    You may receive an email that states that the position has been filled. Positions change frequently, so we encourage you to monitor the website often to reapply for other positions you are interested in.
