Community First Credit Union, a Jacksonville-based state-chartered credit union, announces it has appointed Eric Krall to be branch manager at the newly-opened Bartram branch location. The Bartram branch is located at 13910 Village Lake Circle in South Jacksonville and opened in the fall of 2013. The location represented an expansion for the credit union, which now has 17 locations in North Florida.
Eric has 15 years of experience in financial services and banking. He is new to Community First and was most recently with Fifth Third Bank. He has a limited investment securities license (series 6) and earned a uniform securities agent license (series 63). He also currently holds a Florida Real Estate salesperson license and is a licensed Florida Notary Public. As a career finance and banking manager and customer service provider, he is well-qualified to manage the Bartram branch location of Community First.
Krall has lived in the Jacksonville area for 20 years and earned a degree in finance at the University of Central Florida. He is also a graduate of Nease High School.
“Community First is proud that Eric has joined our growing team,” said John Hirabayashi President and CEO of Community First. “He will ensure that our Bartram branch members have an exceptional experience in every visit. His local knowledge of the Bartram and Nocatee areas will be a significant benefit to our members.”
Krall will manage all the activities at the Bartram branch, including assisting individual and business members with a wide-range of financial services and products.
The Bartram branch serves more than 1,500 credit union members who live within a five-mile radius as well as the area’s growing population. The location features a state-of-the-art interior with “dialogue towers” which replace traditional tellers and create an integrated, online experience for customers who have moved away from cash transactions. The new branch building is a green design and is Silver LEED Certified, as recognized by the U.S. Green Building Council.
