NCUA, the Credit Union Regulator, and Credit Union National Association, or CUNA have been targeted by phishing scams.
CUNA recently squashed an attempt to follow up on new card activity phishing. With this scam, an email instructs recipients about "irregular check card activity" and advises them to call a toll-free number to get account restrictions removed.
