National Endowment for Financial Education is a curriculum designed for high school students on topics in the Finance Education arena. Community First employees partner with local schools to facilitate this curriculum.
The Transition Assistance Program (TAP) is a federally-administered reemployment program for separating service members. Community First Human Resources employees participate on the Employer Panel providing tips and discussion of employment issues to facilitate applying for jobs in the civilian world.
"Seeds of Change" – a city sponsored initiative providing summer jobs to area high school students. Community First Human Resources department regularly facilitates sessions in Financial Education, Teambuilding, Leadership and other related topics.
Community First is a sponsor and member company participating in both education and the promotion of diversity in the First Coast area.
Community First supports and participates in a tremendous number of activities and fund raising events for various charitable organizations in the First Coast area.
