A.Search our jobs database by clicking on “Job Opportunities”. We continually update our job postings, so please visit our website often.
Q. How do I Apply for a job at C1?
A.Click on “Job Opportunities” for a listing of the most recent positions. Click on the link for a position and you will be able to view the job description. Click on “Apply Online” and you will be directed to the Job Application.
Q. How can I check the status of my application or resume?
A.When you click “Apply Online” you will be assigned an Applicant ID. Please write down this number and your security question and answer. A.Although we would like to contact each job applicant personally we are unable to because of the high volume of resumes we receive. If you are selected for an interview, a representative from Human Resources will contact you by phone.
Q. What type of employment screening does Community First utilize?
A.To aid in the process of selecting highly skilled employees, we administer pre-employment basic skills tests of math and english, drug tests, credit bureau reports, interviews, and background verifications.
Q. What happens if I fail the basics skills test on math and english?
A.You will receive an email stating that we are unable to offer you a position due to your test results; however, you may re-apply and are eligible to re-test in 6 months if selected for an interview on another position.
Q. Will I be notified when the position is filled?
A.You may receive an email that states that you have not been selected for a position. Positions change frequently and we encourage you to monitor the website often and reapply for each position you are interested in.
